Snowshoes for Queen Elizabeth School

Rotary Members Jeff and Patrick present Carm Ciocio and a young student at Queen Elizabeth School with a cheque for snowshoes

On Friday, November 4, the Rotary Club of Perth was pleased to present Queen Elizabeth School in Perth with a cheque to help cover the cost of a class set of snowshoes. Currently, a set of snowshoes is rotated among schools, giving the students very limited time to use them, and hoping that the weather will be ideal for snowshoeing during the time they have the shoes. The new set will be used among all students at Queen Elizabeth School, giving each child a better chance to have a turn using the snow shoes in snowy weather. Happy Snowshoeing!
